"And sometimes when we touch.."
The human touch. nerve receptors. electrical stimuli. CNS. synapses. neurotransmitters. But there's more to that, isn't it? It invokes emotions. Depending on the situation, on the person receiving, and the person giving. Hope, disgust, love, hate, calmness, assurance, anxiety, happiness, butterfly-in-the-stomach kind of thing. Too often we neglect it. Too often we exploit. It feels special when it should not be, and feels like no big deal when it should be. I remember the Love Factually seminar; a physical touch involves history, the present and the future. never fully understood that, although it's intriguing.
